What is the return policy?
We don't accept returns, but we offer exchanges for size or product availability. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded: opened or used beauty products, earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized or custom items, and anything marked final sale or clearance.
When will I get my order?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. After that: Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days, Expedited takes 2 to 3, Express takes 1 to 2. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed.
Where are your products manufactured?
Al Barbie is rooted in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Our fabrics, ingredients, and inspiration come from East Africa and the coast we grew up on.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the method you pick. International orders may also incur customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
